As Office Manager and Bookkeeper, Mrs. Karina Malo supports the Firm Administrator, attorneys, and clients by managing daily office operations and overseeing bookkeeping and financial functions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, records management, and administrative coordination. 

Mrs. Malo brings over 20 years of experience in business administration, accounting, and operations management across professional services, technology, and international business environments. Prior to joining Plave Koch PLC, she held senior financial and operational roles focused on bookkeeping, vendor relations, and process improvement. She has extensive experience with QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle systems, holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Trade, is fluent in English and Portuguese, and serves as a Notary for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
