Halima Madjid has provided legal support to franchise clients since 2000. She works closely with the lawyers in our firm as well as clients in connection with all aspects of federal and state franchise regulation. She prepares Franchise Disclosure Documents, secures franchise registrations and exemptions with various state authorities, and maintains a database of filings.
Halima also contributes her time to assisting on pro bono matters, including a successful asylum case. She was recognized with the Paralegal of the Year award for accomplishments assisting pro bono publico clients.
